1. Choose the stamps you want. Enter the information along with your contact information into the reservation form. The form will pop up in a separate web browser page so you can toggle between the price lists and the form. Submitting the form will notify Washington Stamp Company that you would like to reserve the stamps for purchase. Please indicate whether you wish to pay by check, money order, PayPal, or credit card (only VISA and Mastercard are possible).
2. We will reserve the stamps you list for 7 days and send you an immediate confirmatory e-mail message, telling you how much money to send. This is a necessary step because many items are one of a kind.
3a. Print out our e-mail message and send it to us by mail together with a check or money order in US dollars payable from or through a US bank. Our address is P. O. Box 34430, Bethesda, MD 20827.

4. We will send you the stamps within 7 days of receipt of your order. Insured shipping charges: $1 in the US, $2 abroad, $10.50 registry domestic (required for orders over $1000), $12.50 registry abroad (required for orders over $111)
DISCOUNTS: Deduct 5% on orders over $50 and 10% on orders over $111. For French stamps except for 2000 onward (but not Chinese stamps), deduct 15% on orders over $250 and 20% on orders over $500.
INSURANCE: Mailings are privately insured.
