DISCOUNTS:
5% on orders over $50, 10% on orders over $111. For French stamps except
for 2000 onward (but not
Chinese stamps), 15% on orders over $250 and 20% on orders over $500.

$10.50 registered domestic (required for orders over $2000),
$12.50 registered abroad (required
